In the spirit of Easter, the English society held its first ever ‘Easter Mayhem’ on 26 March, with the aim being to promote the English language to students in a fun and interactive manner. The event consisted of four major rounds: an Easter egg hunt, an egg painting competition, a ‘pin the tail on the bunny’ competition, and a battle with our English teacher on modern English slang. Many students put their all in each round, engulfing the school with lively laughter. Teamwork was put to the test, allowing students to be able to enhance their communication skills among peers. In the end, students left the event with a handful of treats, a joyous smile, and an unforgettable memory.
