Teachers also actively participated in PD training outside school. Across the department, PD training has been in diverse foci ranging from pedagogies (LAC, Assessment, Curriculum design, English teaching and learning & National Security Education), examination matters (TSA, DSE, IELTS & SBA), education psychology (SEN & counseling) and school administration (CLP & Discipline). After the training, teachers have been invited to share their findings in panel meetings or KLA meetings to enhance professional exchange within the department.

Since 2021, the department has been invited as guest speaker in interschool sharing on the school LAC implementation to stay connected with the wider education community.
