This Committee is the highest policy-making body in the school policy hierarchy; its members consists of the Principal and senior teachers.

The aims of setting up this committee are: to devise the school’s educational goals and related policies; to review the school’s present conditions and formulate development plans; to single out long-term and short-term issues for special attention and come up with consultative and policy-making procedures.

The school’s objectives for 2009-2010:

1. Elevating students’ communication capacity and critical thinking ability
2. Cultivating a stronger sense of responsibility on the part of students
3. Making proper preparations for introducing the New Academic Structure for Senior Secondary Education
4. Reinforcing the training and leadership role of the middle management personnel for the launching of the New Academic Structure for Senior Secondary Education
5. Facilitating the interaction and communication among teachers
