Goals of the Academic Subjects Development Team:

1.Realizing the school’s goals and discussing about teaching tactics/methodology
2. Coordinating teachers’ efforts to execute teaching
3. Instilling in the school a learning ambience
4. Taking note of different educational policies and drawing up packages of measures accordingly
5. Enhancing teachers’ professional competence

Goals of the Academic Affairs Team:

1. Implementing professional training of teachers
2. Establishing and enforcing a comprehensive academic affairs system
3. Implementing the plans devised by the Academic Committee
4. Assisting in promoting Information Technology in teaching & learning
5. Helping with promoting peer class observation, the culture of exchange of teaching pedagogy and insights, cross-curricular project learning and compilation of curricula

Goals of the Library Team:

1. Instilling desirable reading habits in the students
2. Encouraging students to fully utilize library resources
3. Giving full play to the complementary teaching function of the library
4. Enhancing cooperation with various panels so as to boost the learning ambience among students
