Goals:
This Committee is composed of the Principal, teachers who are in charge of administrative duties, chairpersons of different committees and teacher
representatives; committee members deliberate on the crucial policies/ measures carried out by the school; they also put forward their views that tie in with the school・s directions regarding educational developments; committee members have a say in certain school-wide issues as well.
The school・s objectives for 2009-2010:
1. Coordinating the formulation of various committees・ measures that are compatible with the objectives for this school year
2. Arranging for the curriculum design for the New Academic Structure for Senior Secondary Education and Higher Education-：334；, human resources, the medium of instruction and timetabling etc
3. Motivating different panels to adapt to the developments of IT interactive teaching, reading, project learning, and moral and civic education
4. Coordinating the efforts of various committees to implement the school・s 3-year goals
